How does Lunara track my sleep?
Lunara uses your phone’s accelerometer and microphone (on-device only) to detect movement, breathing patterns, and snoring. Optional Apple Health / Google Fit integration adds HRV and heart-rate data from your wearable.
Do I need a smartwatch?
No. Lunara works fully without a wearable using just your phone. If you have an Apple Watch or Wear OS device, we can pull in HRV, RHR, respiratory rate, and SpO₂ for richer recovery insights.
Is my audio uploaded to your servers?
No. All snore and room-noise analysis happens 100% on your device. We never upload raw audio.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open Lunara, tap the Profile tab, then Premium. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lunara AI → Cancel Subscription. Android: Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lunara AI → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per platform policy. For yearly subscriptions, we also honour a 30-day money-back guarantee — email support@joinlunara.com from your account email and we’ll process it.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Profile → Data & Privacy → Export. You’ll get a JSON archive of all your sleep history, plus CSV exports of individual reports.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete Account inside the app, or fill in the form at joinlunara.com/delete-account. All data is permanently erased within 30 days.
Is Lunara a medical device?
No. Lunara is a wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you suspect a sleep disorder, please consult a qualified clinician.
Which languages does Lunara support?
The app is available in English (US & UK), Spanish, German, French, and Japanese. The AI Coach can converse in each language.
Does Lunara work offline?
Yes for tracking, sounds, and reports. The AI Coach requires an internet connection.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email bugs@joinlunara.com with a description, steps to reproduce, and (if possible) a screenshot. We reply to every bug report.
